    We bought an air filter and cabin filter today. Jacob did an excellent job installing the parts. He is a great asset to your company. He makes shopping at this store a real pleasure.

    I was in and out in five minutes with what I needed. The counter guy not helped me, but opened up the key fob and replaced the battery for me. To me, that's above and beyond.

    I'm taking the time to write this review since I do believe the autozone employee that helped me with my issue exceeded expectations to a whole new level. I want to thank Brian from the Pahrump location for helping me with a very unique and difficult situation. Unfortunately, I was referred to a mechanic who did some work on my vehicle and a few days later my car started to make very loud noises. It turns out to be that the part he installed was defective and when I took my car back to the mechanic to fix the problem he became very rude and angry towards me, saying the noise was normal. I left the place and a few days later I called this mechanic back asking for a reimbursement since the noise became very loud to the point that it sounded like I had a lawn mower in my engine. The mechanic had such a bad attitude problem and was very unprofessional. No one wants to pay someone for services and receive a nasty attitude when something goes wrong and it's not your fault.This man refused to give me a refund and said autozone would not honor a refund. Long story short I went to my local store and explained my situation to Brian who was assisting me when I got there. I know Brian was following protocol, but he went above and beyond to try to help me with my situation. Usually employees don't want to get involved in difficult cases, but this was not my case. I was very thankful and feel blessed that I came across such a great employee who not only had empathy and saw how difficult my situation was, but I feel he also put himself in my shoes once he saw the entire issue. It's very hard to come across employees who try to help customers and I was so grateful he did. At the end of the day, after this nasty mechanic reimbursed me my money for the part I had purchased, I figured out why he was so against me going to autozone to ask for a refund. It turns out that he paid less money for the part then what he had told me. If he would of not been angry and kindly change the defective part without any issues, i would of never had a problem. What gave him away was his poor attitude knowing it was not my fault. Finally I was able to buy another part for my car, but will be taking my business elsewhere. Even though I never received the money I paid the mechanic for the labor, but it's ok. I believe there is karma and some day he will see how treating his customers poorly and not being honest is not going to get him anywhere. Once again, another autozone employee saves the day. Thank you, Brian from the morning shift. I very much appreciate the time you took to help me.

    I really love the AutoZone out here they're so helpful and kind to everyone Dejon and Courtney were super polite and very helpful such a nice man I would recommend everyone I know to go speak with him cuz he knows what he's doing thank you AutoZone a pahrump and your good choices of workers
