- FFfred fredApr 3, 20261.0My Jeep needed an oil change and tire rotation. They said they did the tire rotation but they did not. They wrote RR And LR on tires but they never rotated them. I know because the RR tire is worn down and it's still on the RR. Also the lug nuts were dirty and no sign of having a socket on them. They did not replace the oil drain plug gasket so it leaked. My wife took a day off work to have the oil leak fixed but they wouldn't take time to install the new gasket. I've used tire choice for years and have purchased 7 sets of tires plus had them do mechanical work too.

- JVJoey VMar 28, 20261.0DO NOT PURCHASE ANY WARRANTY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY DO NOT HONOR IT! Will be filing a complaint on this location, have worked with tire choice over half a decade and have had no issues being able to either warranty tires or parts they've installed. The manager James is a joke and good luck to whomever walks through those doors expecting not to be ripped off for simple work.
