  They took advantage of my younger sister. She took her car yesterday in here for an oil change only when they opened and even made an appointment. She got there and said they would have it done by 11:00am, they called her over the phone around 11:00am and stated would she like to change brakes on her car and do a bunch of other miscellaneous repairs and it would cost 1250 and should they go ahead with it. She misunderstood 1250 because they worded it as “twelve fifty” as in $12.50 now my sister doesn’t know any better as said for them to go ahead knowing she thought they meant $12.50. The worse part is they know damn well the car isn’t even worth 2000$ by itself and decided it was okay for her to be charge more than half the vehicles worth. All the repairs and brake changes were just done by my uncle last fall and did not need changing so they lied. They took advantage of her having no knowledge of cars and or prices. Terrible place with terrible people who would take advantage of younger women. Do not bring your car here if you are a woman.

  This Place is an absolute SCAM. Went in to remove a screw and patch up the tire. The screw was barely in the tire so it’s as simple as remove and patch it up. I know this. Went here because it’s close to work, and asked them if they could please remove and patch it up or quickly throw on a different tire as i had to use the car for a long drive that day. THIS man had the AUDACITY to quote me $400 ($379) FOR ONE TIRE. Then as i let him have a piece of my mind he followed me outside- laughing at me- and tried to convince me i have special tires abd need the $400 option. I told him to go scam someone else. THEN one of the TECHS comes out because i was actually yelling, and offers me a tire for $160!!!!! I told them I’d rather walk. Went down the street to another tire place, they removed and patched it up FOR FREE and i tipped them $100 Tire Choice is an absolute scam.

  We have been going to this Tire Choice location for several years, and have been so pleased, not only with the quality of service, but with the honesty and professionalism shown by the staff, particularly the manager, Stephen van Harrevelt. We are never pressured to have service we don’t need, and that is so refreshing. If you are looking for a place you can trust with your vehicle, this is it.

  Steve ALWAYS makes sure I am well taken care of. I would give a 5 star but I didn't get my car back when needed because of staffing problems. Other than that, I will always go to Steve because I expect quality work and he makes sure that his team puts out quality work

  I called this location to see if they could service my car for what I would call basic services and ask how long it would take them to do it. The services included tire rotation, balancing oil, change, and transmission oil flush. It took them over five days to complete these basic services, and they also recommended that I needed a wheel alignment. After check out, I asked for the wheel alignment print out which they cannot provide so now that makes me question if they even did. After driving my car on the freeway I noticed a noise coming from underneath. I called them about it and he said he could check it out right away. Five days later they gave the car back to me with the same noise saying they couldn't figure out what it was. I had to take it to a different shop and they found that it was a loose bolt that they left on the transmission support this would be a basic catch for any elementary mechanic now I'm I'm having to pay full price to double check all of their work. I would highly caution folks when using this location.
