  From an emergency flat, to a full set of tires, they were SO quick and easy to communicate with! Moving to the neighborhood, I had no idea where to go in a pinch, and they were the BEST answer. I'm so happy with their service and staff!!! TEN STARS!

  I’m normally pretty happy. But this last tire rotation not good only because the tires on my truck aren’t inflated the same. The fronts are 60 and the rears are 80 lbs. they were never done. Thankfully I have a compressor at home. Please make sure that things like this are done properly.

  I will not be using, returning or referring your shops to anyone. I had appointment and it took almost 6 hours for an oil change and when I got my car there were 2 dents in my door that were not there when i arrived. When i brought it to the ticket writer’s attention she told me she didn’t appreciate me accusing her guys of damaging my car and that the dents were there because they had dirt on them. Here are pictures of dents and what i believe caused them. Height and location match. Also I feel things may have been looked over,missed or incomplete as when I was waiting for vehicle to be pulled out of the bay the technician was walking around and stopped to put oil in even though I was told it was ready. Rather than argue and cause and get upset said ok and took pictures and left. Will NOT be using your services again and will be notifying friends and family of this and the treatment I received . I have been using your services for many years and never had any issues.

  No this place is just greedy.. I went for an oil change and I was given a a free comprehensive inspection of my vehicle which I was grateful for. They determined that I had a hose leak encoded me $600 to fix... Frankly outrageous.. I took my vehicle to another shop for a second opinion and all it was was a reservoir hose from my coolant that was loose... You want to tell me that the mechanic was an experience?.. that is what I question.. nope don't go here

  I had an oil change appointment this past Saturday, March 7th. Unfortunately, the customer service I received was very disappointing. When I arrived, I said good morning to the young lady at the front, and she did not respond. While she was checking me in, she didn't communicate anything and simply asked for my keys. I had to ask all the questions myself, including what time I should come back to pick up my car. After waiting 4 hours with no update, I had to call the shop to find out that my car had already been completed. When I arrived to pick up my keys, the same employee was rude and distracted on her phone. Because of this experience, I will not be returning. I expect better customer service, especiall when bringing my vehicle in for service
