  My son took my car to get washed, not happy. Now there are scratches on my trunk, and my hood has chipped paint that wasn’t there. Not good, very upset.

  Please avoid going here! My car's hood got scratched up by the brushes and they basically told me im SOL bc my car is older than 5 years and pointed at a sign. Denying damage simply because a car is older is crap. They said they would look into it but to date i have yet to hear a thing and i doubt I will. As a member should get a discount for having an older car then? aside from the damage though, honestly somethings been wrong since the day I signed up. The soap didnt dispense the first time. The tunnel lights have been off twice, so my 3 year old gets scared during the whole thing and the member line isnt a quick pass through like at other places, they still have to wait for someone to come out to talk to you before they open the gate, they try to sell you memberships for "other vehicles" just let me in w/o the awkward no thank you every time.

  Had a horrible experience. I bought a membership for my Cadillac Escalade and during one of the washes the tire shine machine snaps off one of my air valve stems. I didn't notice until I got home and the tire was flat. I called the corporate number to inform them of what happened and how they go about handling these types of situations. They directed me to the location to speak with a Manager. I went to the location twice to report the incident to a manager. The first time no manager was present so I had to come back. First red flag was there was no manager present so you're running a business without anyone managing it. The second time I came by the manager was busy. The girl at the counter was friendly and took down the info for my claim. As im leaving a manager meets me in the parking lot he assures me he will be handling the claim and everything would be taken care of. A few days later I get an email stating my claim is denied. They are not taking any responsibility for the air valve stem because my vehicle is more than 5 years old. This vehicle has brand new 24" rims and tires that were damaged by this wash and they denied my claim because the vehicle is more than 5 years old. What kinda crap is that. I canceled my membership and I will not be using this wash again. I would advise you to NOT use it either.

  Great service and wash quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They suggested the unlimited membership since it is a better value, which I agree with because I do plan on getting my car washed at least once a week. Definitely recommend!

  want to take a moment to recognize Samantha at Quick Quack Car Wash (Centennial & North 5th location) for her exceptional customer service. Although I ultimately decided to cancel my membership due to the price increase after the promotional period, my experience with Samantha was truly outstanding. She was the only employee who took the time to thoroughly educate me on how the app works and clearly explain the billing process. Her patience, professionalism, and willingness to answer all of my questions made a huge difference. Samantha went above and beyond to make sure all of my concerns were addressed, and even while I was canceling, she genuinely tried her best to ensure I left satisfied. That level of care does not go unnoticed. While my main reason for canceling was the cost, I do want to note that consistency among staff could be improved—simple touches like offering wipes or air fresheners have not always been provided by others. However, Samantha truly stood out and set the standard for what great customer service should look like. Thank you, Samantha, for your kindness, professionalism, and dedication. You made a lasting impression!
