  Oil change, back brakes, compressor, fan belt, was about to snap, cabin air filter replaced.Air conditioner serviced blowing cold air now. I think for the amount of work I had done it was affordable for me. It's about maintaining and keeping my vehicle moving . Thank you Josh for your help with this. Also to Perry and the other gentlemen who installed the compressor. This is my new go to for all my vehicle needs.

  Came back to jiffy lube to get my thermostat fixed and let me tell ya, Josh and Jay were simply the best! They even went out of their way to get my air conditioning fixed before the summer and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you again to Josh and Jay for such another great experience. I know who to come to for all my vehicles needs. Store location Decatur and Craig is the absolute best!!!!

  Good fast service with most things explained to me, however I received someone else's receipt after paying. I called when I noticed and asked to have my receipt emailed to me. I was told they couldn't because the person who had access to the system wasn't there, but it somehow was emailed to me anyway. And upon reviewing my receipt, I noticed that "unusual engine noise" was listed as present when I checked in, but no one told me about that. They made sure to tell me about literally everything else, except that. The receipt screw up, the run around about getting the correct one sent to me and the failure to inform me about a problem that they listed on the invoice forces me to not give them a full 5 stars. Not to mention that their service isn't exactly cheap, but, I was looking for speed. 3.5 stars would be accurate.

  I had an absolutely incredible experience at this Jiffy Lube thanks to Josh, Russell, and Jay. I had just left Tire Works where they told me it would be about a 2 hour wait and that I might even have to leave my car there until the end of the day. That just wasn’t an option for me, so I stopped by Jiffy Lube hoping they might be able to help. The moment I pulled in, Josh stepped up and immediately took control of the situation. You could tell right away he knew exactly what he was doing. He was organized, calm, and got everything moving without any confusion or delay. While Josh was keeping everything running smoothly, Russell made sure the work itself was done safely and correctly. He double checked everything and made sure my car was good to go before I even thought about leaving. On top of that, Jay took the time to look over my engine and even checked over the entire car for me at no extra charge. He pointed out a couple things I should keep an eye on and explained it in a way that actually made sense. Nobody tried to upsell me or pressure me into anything. They just wanted to make sure I was safe and informed. What really blew my mind was how fast everything happened. They had me in and out in under 30 minutes when another shop was talking about hours and possibly keeping my car all day. The price difference was basically nothing, maybe about $15 more than what I originally paid, but the service, honesty, and peace of mind I got was worth way more than that. I know people sometimes believe the bad press they see online, but this location proved the opposite today. The teamwork between Josh, Russell, and Jay shows they actually care about their customers and the safety of the cars leaving their shop. I’m honestly tearing up typing this because it’s rare to run into people who take that kind of pride in their work anymore. I trust this Jiffy Lube with my life and the life of my family, friends, and coworkers. If you need work done and want people who will take care of you the right way, come here and ask for Josh, Russell, and Jay. 10/10 service and I’ll absolutely be coming back.
