But when something bad happens to your car, it's all "your" fault. Not the fault of their equipment in the car wash. I drove through And lost my antenna cover. It was there before the car wash and has never come off in the 7 years I've owned the car. I went into the office right away and told them what happened. They came out to my car to look at it and took some pictures. A worker said a claims department would call me. The next day a worker from that location said that the claims department denied my claim and that it was my fault that my antenna cover came off. They said that it was loose before I went into the car wash. Huh? How would they even know that? But it wasn't loose and has never come off like I said in the 7 years I've owned the vehicle. I spoke to the owner, Tina. She said that the cameras showed that their equipment did not brush it off, but the blower blew it off and the car behind me crushed it. They will not take any responsibility. They will not replace it. And I will not be going back. Beware of going through their car wash. And expect if anything goes wrong that it will be your fault. Tina told me that I need to contact my car insurance company. This was the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. Do not go to this car wash! And expect bad customer service if something goes wrong.
