  I had an oil change appointment this past Saturday, March 7th. Unfortunately, the customer service I received was very disappointing. When I arrived, I said good morning to the young lady at the front, and she did not respond. While she was checking me in, she didn't communicate anything and simply asked for my keys. I had to ask all the questions myself, including what time I should come back to pick up my car. After waiting 4 hours with no update, I had to call the shop to find out that my car had already been completed. When I arrived to pick up my keys, the same employee was rude and distracted on her phone. Because of this experience, I will not be returning. I expect better customer service, especiall when bringing my vehicle in for service

  Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago. Still took an hour past appointment time to get in. Remedial work force on every level. Did not do half of what was asked. No communication between advisor and techs. Service advisor bold face lying that they were suddenly slammed when you've been there the whole time and can see no one else has shown up. 3hrs for an oc and 4 mount and balance is grade school. I used to do this job and by myself i could have banged that out in 90 minutes or less. Don't ever come to this place

  Excellent service overall and every representative I worked with was truly amazing—professional, helpful, and courteous from start to finish. The tire repair was also completed pretty quickly, which I truly appreciated. As a small piece of feedback for corporate, the additional time spent performing a full inspection for a simple tire repair felt a bit unnecessary—especially since I had my vehicle inspected at this same location just last week. A more flexible option (such as allowing customers to opt out when a recent inspection has already been completed within the last two weeks) could help make the process more efficient for both customers and the team. I also believe this could be more cost-effective for the shop, as focusing time on quick, straightforward services may be more beneficial than extended inspections that do not always result in additional services being accepted. Overall, the team was excellent and made the experience a positive one. By far exemplary staff! 👏😊
