  I had a blow out on I-15 head to St George Ut. I put my doughnut spare on and called around 5 places that could not get me in until the next day. I called tire choice and spoke with the manager. They were closing 7pm but if I could get there she would take care of me. And they did! She did not take advantage of my situation and took great care of me! Thanks

  We took our car down to have the fluids inspected and/or changed. We also have been hearing a constant noise from under vehical when breaking or accelerating from lights or even turning. We requested they look into that since they just replaced the control arms, springs and struts. The called us saying the rear breaks were i. Need of replacement. We gave the ok for that, then they called back and said, there's copper in the break fluid and recommended a break flyid flush and fresh fluid, we gave the ok for that. Then they called back again and said, emergency break also was in need of replacement, we gave the ok for that. The they called back saying the rotors are in need of replacement, the price keeps going up but we gave the ok to replace those as well. Then we go to pick up the vehical and nothing is mentioned about the noise coming from vehical and when we drive off the noise appears to be even more pronounced. I wouldn't be so irritated if they'd addressed my initial complaint with all the other stuff they found. Not sure if we will ever go back, seems like every time we ha e it serviced either sub par work is done or new problems start. I could actually go on and on but I have other things to do.

  I’ve been a long-time customer at this location (since 2014, before it was Tire Choice). I’ve always come in for an oil and filter change every 3,000 miles. After my last experience (October 2025) with Tire Choice Auto Service, it will be my last. Dropped my vehicle for a filter/oil change and had no problem leave it there for the day. 5 hours later, I receive a call it’s ready for pickup. I get home and review the receipt. Only states oil has been changed (not filter). I was willing to give the benefit of a doubt that even though I paid full price, they thought it didn’t need a replacement (Especially since they never discussed this with me). A couple of weeks go by I start to notice a liquid in the garage. I assumed it was water since I just got my car washed. After a couple of days, I realize it’s oil. I pulled into the nearest shop and they advised the oil filter was marred and was not holding a seal. Appeared like the prior mechanic attempted to take off the oil filter then left it. I had to do another filter and oil change. Luckily, no major damage was done to my vehicle other than leaking oil around my engine block and driveway but it could have been worse. After leaving my car voluntarily for the day to ensure they’re not rushed and getting my car back in worse condition with no communication; I will take my business somewhere else.
