  I came in for a quick wash, and they talked me into a monthly wash plan. I paid, and while waiting for my wash, the machine broke down. The attendant told us it would be back up soon; a few minutes later, they said it would take about 15-20 minutes to fix it. I then asked the attendant to reverse the charge since no services were provided, yet the charge still went through. After talking to the store and their customer service line, they stated they're unable to refund me and said I still have a couple of weeks left on a wash plan I’ve never used.

  Quick Quack Car Wash is now mine and my family's favorite place to get a car wash. My wife waited in line at 2:30 a.m. to be the first in line to get free car washes for a year, so we're definitely using that as much as possible. Service is always top notch, and the place is well-kept. Thank you Quick Quack for blessing Las Vegas with your greatness!

  Absolutely ridiculous!!! Last month they were advertising a FREE car wash, so I pulled in. The employee checked me in, asked which wash I wanted, and I picked one. Then he said the total was $9.99. I should’ve stopped right there and said I was here for the free wash, but I thought that was just the “fine print” catch behind the promotion. Also figured it was obvious I was here for the free wash since they had signs and people holding signs all over the intersection. $9.99 didn’t seem crazy, so I paid it and moved on. The wash itself? Totally fine. No issue there. What I did not agree to was a subscription. Now I’m seeing attempted charges on my card for $56.99!!! That is insane. I was never told I was signing up for a $56.99 monthly membership. I never verbally agreed to that. I don’t even remember seeing a $56.99 option on their “menu board” from what I recall, the plans were around $20–30. Then I get an email saying my “subscription” will be raised to $34.99!!! Raised from what?! I never knowingly signed up for a subscription in the first place! So not only was I apparently enrolled without clear consent, but now I’m being told the price is increasing? Very fishy, and not normal at all! To make it worse, when I later brought my mom’s car in, I specifically said I did NOT want a subscription. The employee looked at me funny and kept pushing it anyway. It felt uncomfortable and overly aggressive. The wash quality was fine, but the billing practices and pushy sales tactics completely ruin it. This whole experience feels deceptive. Makes a car wash experience so weird!!!!! Please Go to WOW Carwash down the street instead. Way more professional. Way more straightforward. Way less tacky!!! This place is too formal for no reason! One last note, they are very strange when it comes to paying with your card on Apple Wallet. Meaning if you pay with Apple Pay/Wallet it makes harder for them to enroll you into a recurring monthly charge! So if you ask to pay with Apple Pay and they tell you they don’t prefer it, leave. It’s just a carwash they make it act like you’re signing up for a phone contract! Let people get their car wash and go home!!!!!!
