Very rude lady at the counter, i called them half an hour earlier because the website required to call for same day pick up, talked to someone, he said their system is slow, i could just walk in before 4 pm and they have the truck ready for me. I took an uber, i was there in half an hour, and the lady was very rude and said there isn't any small truck available, only big ones for 3x price! Unacceptable!!!!

Said prior approval was no longer good, sat for 1 hour after moving all day... Finally told them we were leaving, they said had to get approved... We left told them to do whT they needed to do... Worst experience ever... Payment was posted to original card... As soon as we left... Wow worst customer service experience ever!
