My wife was not communicating with her, but said the same thing about her. I will probably go to there other store which is about 10 miles from me or just go to Avis which is about 2 miles away.

We arrived a few mins before our reservation time to find that the doors were already locked. The hours say they close at noon, so you probably shouldn’t have a reservation time at the same time which is pretty idiotic. Every single staff member that was on site proceeded to ignore us or failed to acknowledge us they’d be there to help. I’m a pretty easy going guy, but to not even be acknowledged is the lowest level of customer service and represents the type of people you have working the company. Again, I usually just brush stuff off and only write reviews if I feel a certain kind of way and to be disregarded is one of the one of biggest forms of disrespect I won’t tolerate. Shame on the staff, for the lack of human decency and politeness.
- HRHever RomeroDec 22, 20251.0Please do not rent from this location , I had a reservation and called 1 hour prior to pick to make sure everything was ok the person who answered my call was so rude and didn’t want to provide any information all he said is we can help you when you show up. I showed to the location and received by one of the manager Chris same attitude rude and not professional. I had planned my Christmas with my family and got ruined because there was not vehicles available. I didn’t receive a call to inform me of the situation and so disappointed that one of the manager didn’t even try to help out. So sad I won’t be able to enjoy Christmas with my family . Thank you chris I hope you have a good time with your family
