  First time renting from this location. I was provided with an AMAZING level of service! From checking in, to getting the right vehicle options, to the return policy, all so easy. Efficient, friendly and very helpful staff!

  Do not ever go to this location they do not know what they’re doing. They don’t put the information in right in the system that kept part of my deposit and we’re unable to explain it until I explained it to them like five times then they finally understood. They want to overtake you and not let you talk. Horrible customer service and super dirty cars. Eric, the manager down there is one of the most unprofessional customer service people I have ever dealt with Go to another location

  Picked up a car Tuesday with Chardae assisting me. She is very personable and cares of your needs...thank you for that Chardae ... returned the car Saturday and had the pleasure of being checked in with Furious. Thank you Furious for greeting me and being concerned with the experience of the car and service. It's nice to be and feel appreciated. Two thumbs up for these two special individuals.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  Horrible experience multiple times with Enterprise locations!! I don't normally write reviews, but I don't want anyone else to have my same experience. Beware they might try to charge you for previous damage caused by other renters. Take a video upon pickup of everything, inside and out! After returning the vehicle a rep calls to tell me a few hours later to tell me they're going to file a claim with my insurance and I have to pay the deductible due to a change in condition of the vehicle. I explained I didn't cause any damage to the vehicle, it was already there. She calls back a while later after investigating. She found out I was correct, the damage was from a previous renter and that a claim was filed against them. She advised they were refunding my deposit and the daily rental charge I paid because it had been paid in full by the auto body repair shop I had rented through. Fast forward 3 weeks, I get an email from enterprise collections that I have an unpaid balance due and cannot rent from any Enterprise, Alamo or National branches until paid. I call the local office to inquire, he has no idea and doesn't see I owe anything. I say the balance due amount and then he remembered why I received the notice and requested I pay the amount due. Why tell me it has been paid if it hasn't, refund me and then say I have an outstanding balance due. They never even tried to call about me oweing anything. The whole experience was a complete nightmare!
