  When picking up rental I must give Kenny five star for customer service. He made sure I was happy with vehicle. The vehicle itself was clean and ran smoothly. Thank you .

  The staff at Enterprise is always helpful. The employees are nice and personable. Enterprise is my usual go to place for rentals. Ken made checkout a breeze.

  Horrible experience. If I could give no stars, I would. Ken and Ashley were extremely unprofessional, threatening to contact the authorities on my family for returning the vehicles rented at the time and date confirmed by their automated system. Conveniently enough, they were not in the office at the time we arrived to return said property at 700 E Craig Rd North Las Vegas, NV 89081. We have never been treated or spoken to by any associate at any Enterprise location, the way they have done to us today. To see the hiring quality fall this short is disheartening. We will be taking our business elsewhere to ensure no more misunderstandings or poor treatment by staff.

  I strongly advise avoiding Enterprise at this location. If your insurance intends to direct you there, insist on alternatives such as Hertz or Budget. My experience with this branch was nothing short of a complete failure of basic customer service and operational competence. Despite having a confirmed reservation, it took two and a half hours to receive a vehicle due to their utter inability to manage standard paperwork. When the vehicle was finally provided, it was the absolute worst option possible: unclean, heavily smoked-in, and entirely unacceptable for use. A 30-day rental became unusable within six days, forcing me to return the vehicle due to the pervasive smoke odor. For comparison, after returning the Enterprise vehicle, I went to Budget, where the process took less than ten minutes—a stark contrast that underscores the inefficiency and incompetence of the Enterprise branch. Adding insult to injury, both the local branch and Enterprise corporate still cannot locate my rental records, despite repeated inquiries. This level of disorganization is inexcusable, reflects a systemic failure of basic operational standards, and caused significant disruption and inconvenience. I have instructed my insurance company not to pay for this rental due to the lack of proper documentation. In short, this experience demonstrates extreme incompetence, negligence, and lack of accountability. Enterprise has failed at every step, wasting my time, creating unnecessary stress, and providing a service that was unusable. I would strongly caution anyone from relying on this company. STAY AWAY!!!
