Was this one I had eight minutes for closing time. Plenty of time to going to the store and make my purchase. By the time I got there, I had four minutes for closing time Which on Google it says 10 P.M. Parked in the parking lot at 9:55 Went into the doors and surprise they were locked I could see the Workers inside , I just think they should respect opening, and closing times Just because of this, I had to go to the AutoZone on Nellis, which is 24 hours Just a very unprofessional way to handle business

We got to the store 4 minutes before closing and the doors were already locked up. I saw an employee with black hair sweeping the floors and I knocked on the door and called the store repeatedly and was blatantly ignored. I realize employees want to go home at closing, but 10pm means 10pm. Not 9:56. All I needed was a code read and reset so my car would allow systems to turn back on, which could have been accomplished in just a few short minutes. Disappointing when I’m hundreds of miles from home with 4 small children.

- ETEric ThorenOct 31, 20251.0Called to confirm I could rent the tools I needed and they confirmed I could over the phone and when I showed up the only two women working said I could buy it and acted like they didn't know what I was talking about when I said I called 26 minutes before and recalled the same number which rang in front of them so clearly it was one of them as they were the only two there. They had gold fish brains and nobody could remember taking the call less than a half hour before. Going to a different business to purchase without people like this working there.
