That is not the reason for my 1 star review, mistakes happened. The 1 star is for how the manager handled the situation. First it took over 30 minutes on hold to talk to a manager on the phone, then the manager was rude. I had to send my wife because my truck was on a lift at a local DIY shop with no oil, when my wife got to Autozone to get new oil, the manager still had not taken my call, then she gave my wife attitude about picking the new oil up. I will no longer be using Autozone.
