Seemed like she just wanted to kill the line because it was a rush. I understand how customer service jobs can be overwhelming but I think it's fair to not be helpful to customers.

Why not mention this as I'm purchasing, better yet why isn't posted somewhere that I can read this information. Needless to say I won't return to AutoZone anymore..
