- MLMiguel LaraSep 24, 20251.0was looking for a sensor and you guys didn’t have it so they suggest to pay here and pick up at a different location (decatur&vegasdr) When I get to the other location to pick up the part I found out it was sent to a whole different location from what they had told me, anyways I came back here (Evans) to cancel the order since it was way too far and the lady at the register told me NO you got to go to the location that it was sent to, a few days later I called again and spoke to Jose he told me to come after work that he would help me, when I arrived after work the whole crew was in the back cheat chatting while there was a whole line waiting not to mention that a person that was inline just walked out (check the cámaras) when it was finally my turn Jose was really rude and unprofessional when he process the cancellation he just walked away, the receipt printed out so I had to grabbed it my self. This store needs more attention, you are losing business! Send like a secret shopper or something. Employees are rude or they just don’t care.
