James is ALWAYS helpful, kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. Whenever I bring my Prius in, he and his colleagues assist me with everything from engine light checks to replacing light bulbs and batteries. Just two days ago, my wife and I visited with our Mazda minivan for another engine light check, and once again, James was there to assist us. It's hard to find a shop these days that has a staff with such a positive attitude and good manners. Many places can be rude, mean, and dishonest. James’s kindness and professionalism will undoubtedly keep attracting customers to his shop. Thank you once more for everything!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in on 3/19/26 asked to buy a Gas Cap and oil. Bought both asked for the man to help me put oil and he said they only do that out of courtesy and if they weren't busy. The store was empty and I felt like the man just didn't want to help. I've been a Customer for years and I have never heard of them not helping. I wasn't asking for an oil change or anything like that just a lil guidance. Really felt that man was lazy. I've looked for his name on the receipt couldn't find it or I would have named him.
Karl at Auto Zone store 3737, provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His turnaround time was impressively fast, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly. It is rare to find someone who delivers both speed and quality, but Karl did exactly that! Auto Zone is lucky to have him. If I were his boss, I would be paying close attention because employees like Karl are the reason customers come back. Highly recommend asking for Karl!

Karl was a kind person, if you need any help with anything he is there to lend a helping hand. Great customer Service. 😊
I’ve been buying my vehicle batteries at AutoZone now for About 15 years. Today our battery started going out on my girls cars so I stopped by AutoZone to buy a new one and I didn’t have a 10 mm socket to take off the battery. I asked if I can borrow a tool and they no longer do that and I would have to buy a new set just to be able to buy a new battery. I called O’Reillys next-door. They said they can take it off. No problem and help me put it in I guess from now on O’Reilly’s is where I’m going.
