- JEJulian EDec 31, 20251.0I had my oil changed here back in November. A few days later I noticed that the oil was leaking and the engine oil in my car needed to be topped off. So I brought the car back to figure out what is going on and for a top off and they said that the plastic plug was at fault and as time passes it deteriorates because of the heat and it is plastic. They claimed to address the issue but I went back a week later as it was still leaking. This time their mechanic claimed I had an oil leak up top somewhere. So I took the car to another mechanic and they checked everything in the car and found no issues with the oil filter housing gasket and there were no issues up top. The only issue that was found was there was a drain plug that was causing an oil leak (the same one that Jiffy Lube put in) I was also informed that OEM plug for the oil pan is plastic and that they are designed to operate at high temperatures. Ever since I got my oil changed at the new mechanic and after they gave me a new plug I did not have any oil leaks. Nor did I have any oil leaks prior to my November visit. Overall not a good experience for me.

I was greeted by a friendly young man named Mo who provided great customer service. After getting the initial information, he explained recommended services, explained what they were and why I needed them WITHOUT ANY PRESSURE TO GET THEM. That is how you get loyal customers. The mechanics were also friendly and greeted me when I drove in. I will definitely return here for future services. Great job Jiffy Lube.
