I left my vehicle and went for a walk. Upon my return the right and left bay customers were serviced and the right bay was empty. However. The team did not take my car next they serviced a new customer in the left lane. I questioned why I was skipped and the manager apologize. I spent over an hour for my service. The manager was apologetic and offered me a 50% discount. I was very disappointed in the way I was skipped
