I was stuck on the middle of the road for SEVERAL HOURS before the driver showed up! To make matters worse, the driver with the long beard (think his name was Andrew?) showed up with a condescending & negative attitude... Then on top of that, he was being aggressive with the winch and throttle when pulling me and I ended up getting minor damage to some of my property! It's common knowledge when you pull someone with a cable, you EASE into the throttle so the vehicle/s you're pulling don't get damaged! Apparently, some people don't understand kinetic energy. Definitely won't deal with this company again.
