  Samuel at this location did fantastic , he ran the whole bay on his own and got me out fast ! Did my oil change , checked all my fluids and checked my battery for me all under 15 min .

  I had such a great experience at Valvoline! From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and genuinely kind. What really stood out was how they went above and beyond—not only taking care of my oil change quickly, but also helping me out with a battery replacement without any hassle. A huge shoutout to Michael, Michelle, and Samuel they were absolutely amazing. They took the time to explain everything, made sure I was comfortable with the service, and kept the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a team that works this well together and actually cares about the customer experience. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

  Great, fast and straight to the point services! Michelle L. made the explanation of what exactly I needed easy to understand. Much credit as well to the topside guy Rylan K and bottom side guy Samuel EV. The communication between them all was great! The manager was awesome! He able to honor my coupon that wasn’t scanning correctly. A bit pricey even after the coupon, but overall any vehicle maintenance has to happen always! Thanks to this crew!

  They answered the phone quick! Not many place were picking up the calls this late in the day on a Sunday. Pulled up at 5:45pm and luckily there was one bay open. They guided me in, no more than maybe 20 minutes later, they guided me out. Really friendly. They weren’t getting on me about being there when they were about to close. Samuel was very professional in the way he handled the transaction. They are opened the latest out of all valvoline instant oil changes. They close at 6pm vs 5pm at all other locations. Would definitely recommend them.
