  I got an oil change and cabin filter change. Oil change was not an option in this survey. Love the employees. So polite and engaging. But I can wait in the waiting room at the dealership for about the same time period and with their coupons, cheaper. I’ve been coming to you for a while because it was fast and cheaper than the dealership. Not so much anymore, AND, inflation, the quoted reason for the ridiculous price, is no longer an issue. I would have imagined you would have lowered your prices, considering that, as quickly as you raised them when inflation was starting up.

  professional and precise team that knows their business. way better than the stuffy and ripoff car dealerships. they tell you what needs to be done in the future which most people have no clue about, they help keep your vehicle in great condition.

  Julian and Chelsee were absolutely awesome! They were professional, friendly, and made the whole experience quick and stress-free. I really appreciated how they explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. Definitely coming back!

  TY was amazing !!! Very confident, knowledgeable and thorough !! This was our first time coming to this location and we only came because the other valvoline was out of our oil filter. I’m glad we did… we will be coming here from now on!!! They literally checked everything on the car and we never had this type of service in the other valvoline. Highly recommend !!!!

  I regularly take both of my cars to Valvoline for oil changes, etc. This time, I had gotten an oil change and then opted for the recommended air conditioning service. Oil change went great as normal and was met with very high professionalism. All issues were when we went to the side of the building to do the air conditioning service. First I was told that the service would not be charged if the gauge determined that it did not work and that the service would only take about 10-15 minutes after I expressed that I needed to be somewhere. After about 30 minutes of the crew working on it, they said that it is taking a lot longer to drain out the fluids and that it shouldn't be much longer. In the meantime, other crew members had come over and were vaping near my car (which had the windows down since it was hot) and there was a complete disregard that I had my kid with me. The crew did apologize and wanted to discount the total for how much longer it was taking and for the incident. After another half hour, the crew said we didn't drain the fluids fully so that we can get you on your way and when they provided the bill, there was also no discount since I had one applied already. To recap, there was no check that the service worked, like they said in the beginning, there was no discount for the time or incident that happened, the service took over an hour longer than what was quoted, and it sounds like they improperly "completed" the service since it wasn't fully drained out. If I didn't have to leave, then I would have absolutely contested the bill.
