  I was assisted by Aaron at Valvoline on Rainbow & Windmill. He was respectful, quick and efficient. Came for an oil change and was also able to get my AC serviced just in time for summer. Super appreciative of him and the team!

  Shout out to Carlos! Went above and beyond to help me out. Answered all my questions and didn’t feel pressured to do anything I didn’t need. Will be back for more oil changes!

  It was super quick and efficient! They didn't try to sell me anything extra that wasn't necessary. I appreciate the kindness and the guidance. It can be overwhelming getting the oil changed! I'm grateful they make it super simple!

  I have been coming here for years but my second to last visit all my oil came rushing out the same day , they did accommodate me for a next oil change so that was great. I went in to get my next oil change recently and I went to work and my coworker told me my car was leaking something, this oil change was free but I did get a coolant top off and also a fuel cleaning done my total was around $140 I did not get a receipt after everything was done. As I went out to my car to look at all my fluids it looks like all my coolant was leaked out and empty . Not sure how this happened because my car has never had leaks before this oil change the timing is very ironic. I haven’t been able to get help from them because they are saying a mechanic has to look at it. Over all I haven’t driven my car in over three days and now I have to find a mechanic to help me go over their work to make sure they didn’t cause the leak somehow. I am now waking to work and I also have to pay to find someone to help me feather with this issue. I am very disappointed in the Val team this is the second time something has went wrong after my oil change. I thought I was doing a great service to my car and now I am paying for it by trusting their team a second time. I really did appreciate EJ he was not apart of this he did everything to take care of me the first time. This time Jesus came to look at my fluids but doesn’t want to help me feather because it’s not oil leaking but I had them do way more than just oil filling on my car. Truly sad after three years coming to them I will have to change places, due to this unfortunate situation after getting serviced there. I feel like I am due my money back the tip off coolant is out of my car and I don’t know even if they did a fuel cleaning they didn’t show me anything after they were finished and that was suggested to me from them also was $100. I will be reaching out to the costumer service team about this matter as well .

  Carlos and Dillon are lifesavers! I came in with a major headache after Walmart Auto over-tightened my oil filter housing to the point where it seemed stuck. Carlos and Dillon at Valvoline were absolute pros, they put in a massive amount of effort to get the old one off without causing further damage. To make things even better, they replaced it with a new heavy-duty metal housing so I won't have to worry about this happening again. These guys are knowledgeable, persistent, and actually care about doing the job right. Highly recommend!
