  The team here at the shop always take good care of us. Whether it’s a quick tire repair for a screw, or needing new tires they are always easy to deal with and do great work. Have dealt with other auto shops in Vegas in the past but Tire Choice has definitely been the best and most consistent.

  They were busy and so I told them I’d have to come back and the manager literally ran outside to stop me and told me he would go ahead and handle the tires himself to save me the trip back! I have never had that happen and the manager at this store are absolutely incredible dudes.

  I got tire changed at this location 5155 Blue Diamond Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89139. on 1/16/2026. Later at night I found all 4 tires installation is entirely inside out. I went back 1/17/2026 to fix it. After its done and waste my times come back to the store, I ask the store manager Malvin is there any guest recovery method other than apologies? He responds I already fix the problem for you, there is nothing more as store manager can do. Then I ask for area director's contact information, Malvin said he can't disclosure that infos and said area director will call me. As of now I didn't receive any calls or email yet. I didn't want cause any issues, but install tire correctly is just something basic, it is ridiculous. I been loyalty customer to this shop many years, first time experience something like this.
