  Had a nasty puncture in one of my tires, not a standard nail but looked like something like a razor blade of sorts. These guys were able to repair the tire on the spot, was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Awesome service

  Tire choice was very accommodating and gave a reasonable price to change all my brakes and rotors. They gave a nice detailed inspection when I asked as well. Great service!

  The service was awesome! Very friendly staff and open to good conversations! Service was super quick! Honestly going back to get my wife’s tires done as well. Excellent!

  Dustin and Josh are great men! My motorcycles chain came loose and I stopped by and asked if I could borrow some tools to work on my bike. It took me only 10 minutes to get the job done but without their tools and help, I would've had to get a tow for my bike. Thank you.

  I’ve had tire issues for well over a year. 03/25 I hit a giant rock on rainbow, destroyed my rim and busted 2 tires. Took it to Big O, they fixed it, replaced the tires and rim. I had to return 2 other times and I still felt the shaking of my car after 55-65 mph. They gas lit me into thinking, this was in my head.. WRONG !… then I went to the Hyundai dealership, gave them the spill on what Big O had done and told me. Service center had me wait for over 4 hours to instead charge me 2.2k on issues with my car, never addressing the main issue I came for … which was an oilchange and tire issues. Went on another 6 months with a shaky car. Happened to look for oil changes in Henderson while out on errands this past weekend and found this location and explained to Josh what had happened. He stated, to come next day and he can have the guys take a look. IN LESS THAN AN HOUR AFTER ARRIVING TO MY APPOINTMENT THE MECHANIC FOUND OUT WHY MY CAR HAS BEEN SHAKING FOR SO LONG! Josh already had explained the possibilities of what it could have been the day before. I was out of there in less than 2 hours and my car runs 100% better than last week and paid 200.00 the original repair! They have converted me into a regular and will be back for any services in the future. Thank you guys again, y'all rock!
