  I had a pretty standard rental experience with SIXT Rent a Car at the rental car center in Las Vegas. Checked in online, went straight to the garage, grabbed the keys, and was on the road in no time. Exactly what you want. Where this experience really stood out was after the fact. I accidentally left my Apple Watch in the car when I returned it. I filed a lost and found claim, called, and even texted as recommended, but didn’t hear anything for about 48 hours. So I went back to the location. That’s when I met Tennille. She immediately listened, showed real empathy, and went to work. She searched thoroughly, kept me informed, and let me know the car was already back out but that she would personally follow up when it returned. And she did exactly that. Even after we had already left town, she called to let me know she found it and walked me through next steps. When I didn’t receive the follow up email, I took a shot and called her back and she answered directly. It was her personal phone. She remembered me, apologized, and told me she would make sure it got handled when she returned to work. Sure enough, she followed through. She called me, stayed on the phone, made sure I received everything, and walked me step by step through getting my watch shipped back. That is above and beyond. Honestly, if it were not for Tennille, I am not confident the standard SIXT process would have delivered for me and this review would look very different. She should absolutely be recognized for the level of ownership and care she showed throughout this entire situation. In a world where great customer service is rare, Tennille absolutely delivered. She is a huge asset to this company, and because of her alone, I will rent from SIXT again. Thank you, Tennille. People like you make a difference.

  From start to finish, my experience with Sixt Las Vegas was nothing short of exceptional. This trip was incredibly special for us—it was a celebration for my fiancé, who had just completed her chemotherapy treatments. When Tony learned the reason for our visit, he went above and beyond to make us feel truly valued. The level of care, attention, and genuine kindness he showed turned a simple car rental into a VIP experience we will never forget. Sarah and Sabrina were also outstanding—professional, welcoming, and committed to making sure everything was seamless. Returning the vehicle was just as impressive. Aiyana greeted us with such warmth and positivity that it instantly put us at ease. Her attention to detail and uplifting attitude made us feel like VIPs all over again and truly brought our trip full circle. In a moment of life that meant so much to us, this team added joy, comfort, and unforgettable service. I can’t thank Tony, Sarah, Sabrina, and Aiyana enough for being part of such a meaningful journey. Whenever I come to Vegas, I will always choose Sixt.

  Sixt is the worst car rental company I have ever experienced. I did not take enough pictures of the car pre-rental and, when they told me I put a scratch in the wheel I did not have a pre-rental picture of that area. They claim I did $400 damage to the wheel and filed a claim against me. They did not provide an adequate pre-rental picture of that area to show that I caused the scratch. I disputed the claim but they dismissed my concerns. The car had plenty of existing scratches - I wonder if they charged every other customer and didn't apply the money towards fixing the scratches. I have not had this type of problem with any other car rental companies.

  I decided to try sixt last trip to vegas due to the nice cars they have..big mistake! I think I do a good job checking my rentals before beginning my rental and have never had an issue with the numerous times I have rented from reputable companies,alamo dollar budget etc. This time I get an an email several days after the return saying they found a scratch on the inside of a rim and want hundreds of dollars to fix it!! First if all the garage is dark at rental area and if car is parked right the supposed scratch would only be visible if you laid on ground looking up to see a scratch.they just need someone to cover old damage if there even is damage. There are many other similar complaints about this company so beware. I had provincial coverage for this but will not submit for a bogus claim! They said they sent to collections so I guess court is next. On the response to this review I have trued several times to have them drop this unfair damage charge and am told regardless of the circumstances they demand payment and have now forwarded it to a collection agency. If anyone wants details of what they have done feel free to message me.

  DO NO RENT FROM THEM AT ANY LOCATION! Would give it 0 stars if that was an option. We rented a car in December, barely drove it, returned it. There was zero damage when we got it, and zero when we returned it. 2 weeks later they hit us with a "damage claim" with a blurry photo of a fender flare with a scuff on it. No other identifying info, and they refuse to send any date or time stamped photos from before or after the rental, as well as will not provide any damage reports from before or after our rental. Come to find ALL sixt locations are known to fraudulently claim damage on cars to see what they can get away with. They have also been involved in a class action lawsuit for this very same thing, but clearly haven't learned yet. We have filed complaints with AG's in Florida, Nevada, and the state we reside in. I would have NEVER rented with them if I had looked into this before. There are entire Facebook groups with these claims from all over the US and the world. DO NO RENT FROM THEM AT ANY LOCATION!
