Crazy how they allow Mike to talk to customers and because he doesn’t want to talk to them he tells them to leave and the managers are useless just stood there and let him talk the way he wants to customers. 10/10 don’t recommend Mike needs to step down from customer service or go back to training

Our car ran out of windshield wiper fluid about 1 day into our 5 day trip using the car which always means to me they’re not fully checking the cars over before renting them out. We dropped off after hours and there were no Sixt spots open to use to park our car so we had to call and make sure we could park in another space not marked Sixt in the lot. Would have been nice if they told us we can do that before hand when they told us after hour drop off was ok so we didn’t need to call and make sure.

Only to come in and find out the counter is closed. I have to wait 7 hours overnight at the rental car center for my pickup. Absurd customer service. Every other company, Budget Avis, Hertz was open to accept customers. Apparently Sixt is TOO CHEAP to staff appropriately. Nightmare of an experience. They offer luxury cars to rent and they offer cheap budget staffing for an extremely poor customer service experience. Sixt. Please staff appropriately and consistent with your competitors. Don't be so cheap to loyal customers. Thats how you lose them.
