  Very easy to schedule appointment. Staff was very professional. I received a text letting me know when they were on their way and arriving. It was very quick and easy process to have rock chip repaired. It was also great to have the insurance payment processed without having to contact agent.

  I had an appointment with Safelite this morning. The technician, Jadon, came to complete the repair. The repair was for a small chip in my windshield. When I came out to check on the repair, Jadon let me know that the crack spread when he tried to repair it. He said there was nothing else he could do and that my windshield needed to be replaced and I would be charged my deductible for the replacement. None of this was explained to me by the technician ahead of time. The resolution I seek is for Safelite to cover the cost of replacing the winshield.

  Great service! After my car window was shatttered, my insurance company recommended Safelite. The process was quick, simple and I was grateful the technician removed all of shattered glass from my car. There was no trace of glass left in my car and on my driveway. When your property has been damaged by a random individual’s thoughtless actions all you want is a quick remedy - Safelite provided that.

  DYLAN our favorite guys from SAFELITE AutoGlass really did an incredible job on doing a windshield replacement and doing a recalibration work on my Nissan Rogue SV. Definitely I’ll recommend this guy he is beyond amazing with literally everything! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!! Hubby and I are so HAPPY!!!!! 🙏❤️🙏❤️

  The quote that I received is what I was expecting to pay, once the technician arrived an additional $40 charge was announced to me for recycling the old windshield, this was never told to me prior when scheduling the windshield replacement. The technician stated that he would need to cancel the service and I would need to reschedule it to change the cost and recycle the glass myself. I am already making trips to the landfill cleaning out a new property and could have easily recycled the glass myself at no additional charge had I of known. Given the fact that I had already set my plans for the day to accommodate the service and the technician having to make over two hour drive to fulfill his end of the service I did not feel it was appropriate to cancel and waste his time. John the technician didn't excellent job in a timely manner and I'm very pleased with his end of the service. I am very unpleased that I was not told about the additional charges and the original quote was not honored, and that additional charges which should have been announced to me or never stated.
