  We ended up with a crack in our windshield from a rock hitting it. A bed experience with Safelite in Arizona wasn't making our decision easy but we went with them here. This was a totally different experience. I called and they gave me an estimation on the price and how long it would take. I was quite surprised that I got a call that my car was ready in half the time they originally said. I didn't go through my insurance so when I was given a bill that was far less than the originally quoted, you can say that my opinion about Safelite was changed.

  Great service and experience by mobile tech, Hunter. He arrived at the start of the appointment window, asked the pertinent questions and got to work. Would use again if needed

  These people were very quick and very, very friendly. He went to fix my windshield before you know what he was done. Very nice people. That’s really what I could say if anybody’s had issues not at this place.

  I truly don’t know how this Safelite office (E Sunset) doesn’t have five stars! Mark our technician was friendly, fast and efficient and his communication with me prior to our mobile appointment was excellent! The Gentlemen who helped me at the front desk when I needed to return to have my windshield recalibrated, was very patient, professional and knowledgeable! He put me at ease with any concerns I had and my vehicle was ready in a timely manner! Highly recommend!
