    Had the 16 ft truck scheduled at 730 am and it wasn’t there so now I waited for hours and the movers/loaders have to reschedule despite of that … they gave me a partial reimbursement with sympathy price I paid for the truck … I would call before getting the truck to make sure it is there but when you call the Penske number it is a dispatcher ….
