  I’ve been to this service center many times however, this time, I was surprised at how much they went above and beyond to make sure my car was running smoothly. I’ve never had my tires filled with air or battery life checked as a part of the service before. I’m so happy with the crew! Awesome service!

  I normally go to the location on Warm Springs and Durango because it’s more convenient. I don’t know if it’s the location or what but it’s always chaotic there and I leave feeling rushed out after a half-assed job (speaking on both vehicle service and customer service)…I am SO glad I opted to come back to the location on Durango and Rochelle. I’ll be coming here from now on. David and is crew were EXCELLENT!! Stopped by on a Friday afternoon after realizing I was past due for an oil change. Service was quick, efficient and friendly. I was told that my vehicle was due for some other services and normally, I’m a little skeptical and opt to hold off until I can do my own research. David was honest and explained that the additional services weren’t pressing but he broke down and everything clearly and answered all my questions so thoroughly that I opted to have the work completed…the added coupons he threw in didn’t hurt either.

  This is the best car service I have ever been to in my 33 years of existence on this planet. Great competent efficient friendly knowledgeable staff. They explain any question you have, honest, hard working friendly, amazing morale and attitude. Every Auto service place needs to take notes. Give it a try you WILL NOT regret it. There is also a killer sandwich shop across the street while you wait I was in and out before I could finish my sandwich. I will never go to another spot as long as I live in Vegas, Best experience ever.

  If you’re the type of person who loves to knock everything out at once, this location and service is the perfect place! Having just moved from out of state, I came to this Jiffy Lube and received the best service a woman could ask for. The manager, David, has got to be one of the best service managers I’ve seen. Very attentive to his staff and customers. I was very impressed by the organization of this location and the fast services I had received in less than 20 minutes! He changed my oil, filter, and a quick service checklist notifying me of a small transmission leak to get checked out. Although I was aware of the leak, his team’s service and attention to detail was great. Especially as a woman, I definitely would trust and recommend this location’s quality to other woman without fear of being taken advantage of. I also was able to stop right next door to “Fabulous Freddy’s Car Wash” for a quick one and done stop for my car’s maintenance. A clean car with an oil change all in one area. Highly recommend!
