Savanna was the one who did the coolant fill up and she did amazing. Andy also did a refill of my wiper fluid. Thank you jiffylube for your great service today! I was out and about in less than 5 mins.
- MRMichael Rebo6 days ago1.0I got an oil change, tire rotation and rebalancing of my wheels and tires. These guys just pretend to know what they're doing. When the guy completed the service he told me that all I wheels were way out of balance . When I got on the highway and accelerated above 60 mph, my vehicle started shaking all over the road. As it turns out they stacked the wheel weights on top of each other (illegal) and threw all of my wheels out of balance. I had to go to Firestone to have them fix it . I will not be going back to Jiffy Lube.
