My Maserati needed front and rear brake pads and rotors replaced. I called several Auto shops but they charge very high "Because it's a Maserati". I called Italy Auto Service and Brian told me to bring the car so they can give me a true estimate. He gave me a very reasonable price for parts and service. Brian and Mel treated me kindly. They even gave me a Military discount. Job well done! Thank You!

Called this location and was given first appointment of the day. Car was ready by 11:00. Service was amazing, everyone I spoke with including Brian and Mel were very professional, quick response to text or message. I highly recommend this business for repair of Alfa Romeo or any Italian car.

I’m just here to tell my story and you be the judge. I took my 2012 C250 in for a service B and antifreeze leak. After B service was completed the coolant leak was diagnosed as a couple of worn valves and hoses. Total came to about $1300. On pick up and test drive everything seemed back to normal and car/pressure was stabilized. I let a lady friend of mine rent my car and take to California the same day it was released and it overheated the next day. After confusion and reporting this to Italy service I was asked to bring it back. In California, my friend kept putting coolant in water inside to drive it to run errands as we were trying to arrange to have towed back to Las Vegas. It overheated a few times and would not start on her. After finally getting it towed to Vegas 3 weeks later, the new diag was a water pump leak which I was not happy about. This was an extra $477 job on top of the previous job. After having that work completed it was discovered a head gasket blew and the oil/water was mixing. That was quoted as a $2000 job. I didn’t think it was worth it considering the miles at 111k so I just cut my loses and turned it into the bank as a voluntary repo. I owed more then it was worth plus I got 2 other cars. I’m upset because I feel this shouldn’t of happened in the first place after the first coolant leak repair. How was there no signs of water pump leakage after it leaked just a day after pick up. Not even a small gradual leak, it was a serious leak. Maybe my friend drove the car too much in its condition but she doesn’t know about engines and it shouldn’t of even been an issue. So that’s why I gave 2 stars. The owner decided to work with me and only charged me for the water pump part and ate the labor, he also drove me about 20 miles to work as I had no back up car that morning I was supposed to pick it up. I appreciated that but I’m still salty with my overall experience. Under the old ownership and old location they have always done great work on my Maserati Quattroporte so I’m just really disappointed. I’m not here to talk crap or bad mouth this business, just telling my story truthfully and let you be the judge of if it was on me or them.
