  The service was fast, they did a courtesy wash on the car, called me for updates & they made everything simple from drop off to pickup :) Great service

  Terrible experience. I brought my car in only for an estimate, and when I decided to get another opinion they refused to release my vehicle unless I paid storage and “administration” fees that were never clearly explained beforehand. It felt like they were holding my car hostage. The front desk woman was extremely rude and unprofessional, which made the situation even worse. Very deceptive business practices. Take your car somewhere honest — this place feels like a scam.
