I walked in with financing already secured. I told my sales rep and the manager multiple times I did not want my credit run again. Despite confirming three separate times they were not running my credit, they did. I have another hard inquiry on my credit for no reason. I already had financing secured.
Johnnie the sales manager and Isaac the sales rep both blatantly lied to me. To be fair, I believe Isaac was also misled by Johnnie. But instead of speaking up when I brought the issue up, he went along with Johnnie. I was told multiple times by Brian that it was "hard to believe" Johnnie would mislead me. No attempt to address the shady behavior by their "manager" Johnnie.
Terrible business practices and even worse customer service. Lost a loyal customer.

We visited Findlay Honda Centennial to buy a new Honda Pilot, and it was one of the worst dealership experiences we’ve had.
We were greeted by a manager who told us the sales team was “in the back getting chewed out for being lazy” and to just walk around until someone came out. That alone set the tone.
When a salesperson finally approached, they immediately said they weren’t in the meeting because they were “the best salesperson there.” We asked to see a top-trim Pilot, and it took over 20 minutes just to find keys—while we watched them help other customers instead of us.
It got worse. The salesperson used profanity and made inappropriate sexualized comments in Spanish about my wife, assuming we wouldn’t understand. They also made an extremely unprofessional remark implying what we could do in the back seat of the vehicle.
No one asked us to sit down. No real help. A manager eventually came over and bluntly said they had no inventory. The salesperson took my number and never followed up.
We ended up buying the exact same vehicle the next week from Honda West—a completely professional experience.
I even tried to resolve this directly by contacting their COO twice. No response.
This wasn’t just poor service—it was disrespectful and a clear leadership failure. Easily avoidable.

I texted dealerships all across the valley for their best offer on a 2026 Honda Pilot. George Neddo at Findlay responded first, his offer ended up beating everyone else’s, and he was the most personable and straight forward from the jump. That continued the next morning at the test drive and in resolving the final details. Car buying is never fun but George (and Chris in financing) made it so much better than I expected and I can’t recommend them enough.

Estoy muy enojado por que no me pagaron los daños de mi camioneta pilot 2025 y vurlona mente me dieron una 2026 pilot la austera nada que ver con la mia pilot 2025 transport de lujo 4x4 y me la dieron en casi $140 mil dolares pero como yo me di cuenta y les reclame de lo que me isieron pues me mandaron un correo que tenia que entregar la camioneta 2026 inmediatamente y fuy y la entregue y me querían dar afuersas mi camioneta dañada y si no la agarrava le ivan hechar la grua y como no me deje dijo jose cruz que la iva mandar al body shop Denuevo y incluso desprestijio a Honda por que me dijo boy a parquiar una nueva para que mires que están igual y fue y midio la 2026 y dijo ya ves todas están igual de descuadradas y nadamas por no pagar los daños de mi ex camiineta y AutoNation dise Que están envestigando si vieran las camaras y las verian todo el racismo que me an hecho y todo por sus herrores no ayan como limpiar todo el cochinero que me isieron yevo 5 carros comprados hay y pueden ver que mis pagos los ago puntual asi es que no se como no se dan cuenta y todo lo Que yo digo es verdad y tengo pruebas y si quieren pongamonos un detector de mentiras aver quien esta mintiendo y que revisen todo los 5 espedientes de mis carros para que vean que e pagado todos vien asi me los ayan vendido alo doble o con engaños en estos momentos yo y mi familia estamos sufriendo gracias a toda esa jente mala y avusiva que no tiene corazón y ni les inporta que sea un cliente hojala y no se tarden en evestigar para que paguen esas personas malas sin corazon

We had a pretty frustrating experience working with Lubang. From the beginning, there was very little effort to clearly explain the lease breakdown, pricing, or itemized costs. For something as significant as a car lease, that level of transparency shouldn’t have to be pulled out with repeated questions.
My wife and I found ourselves having to figure out the numbers on our own, which honestly shouldn’t be the case. Things only started moving when I explicitly asked for a full breakdown, including taxes, residual value, and the actual structure of the deal.
I’ll admit I got direct toward the end, but that was a result of the lack of clarity and engagement throughout the process.
On the flip side, we ended up going with Honda West and had a completely different experience. Their team was patient, transparent, and took the time to walk us through everything properly. Much smoother process overall, and we walked away with a great deal on the Honda Prologue.
