So I own 4 different Chevy with title in hand. I came in to ask for key codes so I can make some keys myself. Brought in titles and necessary paperwork. Then some guy named Joe Simon comes at me and say we don't give out key codes ever. Kind of rudely. I pointed at a peice of paper on the counter and it says they do give out key codes with necessary paperwork. I don't know what the deal is all they had to do was punch in the vin number and write it on a peice of paper. Not like they were busy there was 4 of them sitting around doing nothing. I wouldn’t recommend buying or servicing your chevys here.

I came in to get my oil changed and have the brake monitoring system reset. When I talked to the associate who help me I told him that when I was here last time they said they were going to fix the brake monitoring issue and they didn’t so could we please make sure it’s fixed this time. He told me no problem if it doesn’t show up on the report he will manually add it. I had a schedule appointment at 940am and it took 3 hours to get the oil changed and when I got in the car to leave the brake monitoring issue wasn’t fixed. I didn’t have time to go back in to have them fix it because it was already 1240 and I had to pick up my son from school. I feel if I had an appointment it shouldn’t take 3 hours and the brake monitoring issue wasn’t fixed. Thank you

Customer service here is garbage. The entire time I was trying to lease the vehicle Andres the sales consultant refused to listen and kept bringing us finance numbers, it took us getting up and walking out before they would give us the numbers we wanted. Turns out we should have kept walking because the entire process after this was not any better. I received the car dirty, and with less than half a charge. Had to bring it back the next day and waited over 2 hours for it to be cleaned just to find out there are scuff marks in three different spots that I now have to go back for again to be buffed out. It’s been 15 days and I still do not have the EDRS form to register the car with the DMV, on top of that the company my lease was to be through has yet to receive anything from them saying I even bought the car!! Just call in and talk to someone? I’d love to but every time you call it goes to voicemail and no matter how many leave I still have yet to get a call, or email back. I must add, I work for a car dealership and have been employed with them for over ten years. I work remote now and they are in a different state, or I would have bought from them. I just add this to show I have sold cars and worked in numerous different areas in the dealership and I have never seen one this terrible. I can see now why no one enjoys the car buying experience. I have seen nothing joyful about the whole thing!

I'm very disappointed with this place. I bought car here and i'm doing all service here since i bought my car. 10 plus years. ,They start add something when i get oil change without asking me. I paid $130 for regularoil change last time. I complained and service guy D said that he won't add anymore without ask me again. I got $50 off cupon in Christmas so i went to chevy for oil change with cupon today. I told him to not add anything today. Just oil change. But his guy D from servic department added something again. I was thinking that I have to pay around $30??? with cupon ...No no no I had to pay $75 after $50 off. I asked service guy D and he said that he had to add stuff but if i don't want then he won't do it again. I asked manager and he told me that he used is only once a year. I told manager about last time. Why i had to do it again if it is once a year? Now manager brought different stuff. Oh he used different stuff. Service guy and manager are saying something different. They just add to bill whatever they want without ask to customer. I had best service guy Mr C but he left few years ago. He never done any shady stuff not even once. I had big trust on him. I though D will do the same and i was asking D to take care of my care every time but i can't trust him anymore. I can't even trust this dealer ship anymore. What they do things without asking me.. service guy and manager were saying two different stuff. Really? I won't never go back again. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I'm posting picture of stuff he added. .He said that is a mandatory. But he won't do that again b'ut manager said that is once a year. I told him to no put any extra stuff. I just wanna do simple oil change. I told manager how much D charged me after $50 off cupon for simple oil change and he said "Wow". I asked manager how much is oil change and he said 60-130. But D said $140. Really? It was around $70 last few years and now charge me double❢ They just put price whatever they want to and try to take money from customer.
I'm done with this place. My care is not fancy sports car. Just small SUV. Not using special oil or anything. Manager said oil change is 60-130 but this guy said 140. Don't trust them❢❢❢
