    As always, Enterprise presented the cheapest price for truck rentals, and anyone considering other rental companies don't care about savings. Enterprise is the "it."

    Justin , Jeremy and LT were pleasant and this experience was satisfactory. It was my first time renting from Enterprise and I would definitely utilize them again Was able to move my mom from Fresno to Las Vegas

    Staff was friendly and helpful as always. Truck was comfy (for the driver), handled well. My family are long standing Enterprise users. Both my trucks came from here, my Mothers jeep came from here, 2 out 3 of my friends vehicles came from here based on my recommendation. When its time for me to get a new truck, it will be coming from here. Whenever I have to move or help anyone move, the truck will be coming from here.

    I chose this location because they offer Saturday drop-off. It’s across town for me, but my company rents box trucks several times a month and I’m always looking for dependable partners. Check-in was quick, the staff was friendly, and the truck was ready to go. When I mentioned I’d be driving about 500 miles, I was told the 30¢ per mile fee would be waived. The truck performed perfectly. It had about a quarter tank of fuel at pickup, which was fine. I planned to return it full as a thank-you for waiving the mileage. At drop-off, everything checked out, but the mileage charge still appeared on the receipt. I was told a discount would be applied elsewhere to offset it, which was confusing. Had I known, I would have returned it with the same fuel level. Overall, the staff was professional and the process was smooth. However, due to the billing discrepancy and the distance from my location, I will be using a closer rental option for future needs.
