  Ham the branch manager did an excellent job at assisting my mother and I with a vehicle that was comfortable and reliable. Although we were a few minutes late to our appointment, he made accommodations and did it with a smile. We really appreciate the 5 star customer service provided at this location.

  Easy to find location. Great customer service, extremely helpful and friendly. Ham helped us with our car as well as extending our rental during a hectic week in Vegas with March Madness and NASCAR going on. Would definitely recommend renting from this location.

  I want to take a moment to recognize Brandon, the manager at this location, for delivering exceptional customer service during a very busy and stressful time. I visited the store on February 14th, and although they did not initially have the specific SUV I was looking for, Brandon took the time to listen to my request and assured me he would try to locate the vehicle. He followed through on that promise and had the exact SUV ready for me the following Sunday. In the meantime I decided to rent the Corvette until I could get my SUV rental. When I returned to pick up the vehicle, the store was extremely busy with multiple customers who were frustrated and upset. Despite being the only employee present, Brandon remained calm, professional, and genuinely positive the entire time. He was constantly multitasking — answering phone calls, checking vehicles in, running back and forth outside, and assisting customers at the counter — all while keeping a smile on his face. I watched him handle several challenging situations at once, and he treated every person with patience and respect. By the time I left, he had successfully resolved each customer’s issue and made sure everyone was taken care of. His composure, problem-solving skills, and professionalism stood out to me. It’s rare to see someone manage that level of pressure with such a positive attitude. Brandon represents the kind of leadership and customer care that makes a real difference, and I hope his efforts are recognized.
