  It's always so easy and fast to handle car rentals at Enterprise. This particular store that I went to had super friendly staff who went above and beyond to try to make the experience positive and convenient.

  Everyone was so on top of their job! From the driver who picked me up to the driver, Who took me back home after the rental and of course the people behind the counter were awesome as well!

  I was “upgraded” to a car with poor miles per gallon after indicating I was traveling interstate. The “upgraded car” died on me after one day WHILE I was at work. Luckily, I had purchased roadside assistance and enterprise’s insurance, but the operators were still very poor listeners who seemed as if they were reading off a script to repeatedly ask if I was “at a safe location” rather than listening when I told them I was already in another uber; I was actively at work and couldn’t just hang out on the interstate waiting for their representatives to show up. I spent about $120 in Ubers—I had already spent close to $600 on the car itself—just to save a high paying client who needed me to have consistent transportation. Overall, the worse experience I’ve ever had renting a car and I REGULARLY rent with other companies and independently through an app called Turo. Do not waste your time, esp if you’re returning your car to a different location than you picked it up—there’s no accountability or care.

  Sometimes I’m renting for business and rent from the truck/cargo van side and other times personal and always have a great experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are higher than a different branded competitor nearby but that competitor has such horrible employees (lots of reviews with similar complaints) and they treat customers like it’s an inconvenience that you’re renting from them. You get what you pay for so I’ll gladly pay a little more to deal with Enterprise where they are friendly and professional and I don’t ever worry about nonsense games.
