  Be careful at this location. They charge unnecessarily for cleaning charges at the end. There were some candy marks on the rear seat carpets for which they charged professional detailing charges for it! My learning is to not trust enterprise anymore and take photos before and after always! Not a happy experience at all.

  First of all! Bravo Enterprise! I was on my vocation with my family, and we suddenly decided that we would drive to grand canyon west. Needed a car for 24 hours. As usual I was searching for a car in avis and hertz where Ive been their member for more than 15 years. The prices were ridiculous. So I've tried enterprise for the first time in my life. I preferred hertz and avis because they were just a bit more well known, and because I had a status. Enterprise. I am not sure if it is only this enterprise but wow!!! They were all amazing. Especially Daily was super friendly and told me all the great things about enterprise, and on how much they care for consumers and so on. Well she upgraded my car and I had a blast. Bravo! I have registered enterprise for the first time in my life and going to include enterprise for my future rentals. Cheers to Daily and the team there. Enterprise is lucky to have such amazing team there.

  We picked up our car on the morning after they were burglarized a night before. Some keys were missing. So we got a smaller car for a full size we originally wanted, drove it for few miles but we decided to return it as it wasn’t comfortable for a week trip. JUSTIN ( not sure for the spelling ) were so accommodating and help us out to get a full size, waited 15mins and someone had just returned a Malibu. Perfect! Justin thank you so much. You’re the best!

  Cannot speak highly enough about Justin’s service at this Enterprise location! Really wanted a convertible to surprise my 69-year-old mother on her first Vegas trip, but unfortunately got a surprise cancellation through another rental service 24-hours before the trip. Enterprise not only got us a rental but put in a good bit of extra legwork to ensure they shuffled a car between a few different locations to ensure the right one was ready for us. Justin showed the utmost professionalism and friendliness on three different phone calls and when I arrived in person. I also saw him treat multiple other customers with the same level of service while I was in store. Book confidently with this crew; you’ll be in great hands

  Had the pleasure of renting from this location for my Sedona/Vegas trip. "Daily" went above and beyond a normal agent. The intermediate car wasn't available so she tried to upgrade me into a Mazda cx-5. I rejected that offer and went with a Nissan Versa because I have to drive HighWay 89A to Sedona at night. If you haven't driven H89A, a small car is better. While I was mid-turn, a SUV came across the line, I tell ya... pucker factor 2.7. The car didn't have a full tank, so "Daily" also waved the fuel requirement for me. I told her that I don't need the car to be cleaned because I was in a rush to get to Sedona, but she did a super quick clean job. Can't help with the marijuana smell in the car though. I elected to drop off the car early because my flight was at 6:15 am and they dropped me off at my hotel. This Enterprise Rental spot is amazing, thanks for a good rental experience!
