- DWDeine Wak2 days ago2.0There’s never anyone at the front Desk , I’ve had better time management and understanding from other branches there’s never anyone to answer the phone until it’s too late it’s like they wait late to answer or anything so that they can charge your card they don’t give loyalty to loyal local customers that use you guys service a lot. Management needs to change or needs help

Only reason why I didn’t provide 5 stars is because the Mazda they provided us had a lingering smell of cigarettes no matter if they washed it. I had to buy some air fresheners to try and cancel the smell so my kids aren’t smelling cigarettes our whole trip. Other than that everything was fine!
