Hi! We had a pretty easy, great experience. Picked up in Las Vegas, drove through Nevada, Utah and Arizona as part of spring break and returned in Phoenix. From the first day though, our car experienced some strange technical issues while driving at a particular RPM (loud buzzing that didn't shake the car but sounded like when you drive along the intentional highway rivets that shake the car to alert you know if you're drifting). This happened throughout the drive which was more annoying that worrisome, but we definitely didn't want to end up spending our spring break at a mechanic. The car otherwise operated fine and we reported this issue to two people when we dropped the car off. It was nothing that ended up affecting our trip, but the car definitely needs maintenance or service before being rented out to someone else. The manager that I reported this to let me know that there would be funds taken off of our final bill, but that has not happened yet. I do have recorded video and audio of the issue if anyone needs to see or hear. Other than the frequent loud humming buzzing sound, all was great!

I rented a car to travel 10hrs to take my father and mom home so I could fly back to my home. When I rented the car, Enterprise new of my travel plans. I expected to get a quality car that has been maintained so I could travel that distance. Just like before I travel with my car, my husband always checks my tire pressure, changes the oil, makes sure the vehicle is worthy to go the distance. I did not have that with my Enterprise rental vehicle. Immediately, before i got out of the city limits i got a warning that the air pressure was low on the front right tire. I stopped to put air in. Then I got on the road, and again i got another warning that the front right tire pressure was now 2 lbs lower than before. I stopped again at the next service station. The i bought a tire pressure gauge and the problem was actually the drivers side front tire which was at 30psi. So i checked all 4 tires then aired up all. I left again and then I got a warning on the drivers panel that there was a collision detected. I had my husband call and they told me to exchange vehicles in Provo. I did get an upgrade but this waisted 2.5 hrs and was a giant pain when it should have already been checked in Vegas when I picked up the car. FYI when someone is traveling long distance, please go the extra mile and check the entire vehicle out. Thank goodness I was able to stop at a service station and it wasn't to far for me to drive. On a good note, the guy in Provo did a wonderful job taking care of me and did a thorough review of the vehicle.

I always use Enterprise, but will no longer limit myself to Enterprise. On a recent visit to Las Vegas I decided to drive home rather than fly because of the TSA lines. I called Enterprise to understand what the cost of doing this would be before I canceled my flight, and was told that it would cost me $79 for an extra day and that I could drop off the car at the closest Enterprise to my home. Sounded good so I cancelled my flight (this was a call center conversation) then when I called back to grab that deal I was told that I had to return my car to the Las Vegas Airport and sign a new contract. Oh shoot right! When I get there they tell me that the price is over $600 and that I have to return the car to the airport by my house. Well my flight is cancelled, so I am stuck with this price. There is more! I wrote bad review on the Enterprise Customer Review that they sent to me and was then contacted by DeAsia via email. DeAsia is from the Enterprise Las Vegas Management Team. She asked me when would be a good time to call. I suggested 2:pm she never called, so I suggest 3:pm the next day. Still no call from her, or no email to follow up.
I typically rent one to three times a year.
If I could give no stars I would

I have good and bad experience with Entreprise Rent a car in harry Reid airport.
I have to replace cars for some issues.
But what bothers me, is that the car that they replaced to me has a lot dog hairs in which me and my family are allergic to (btw, we love dogs as pets)
secondly, the previous renter has smoked inside the card in which we dont smoke.
thirdly, the guy on the actual handing of the car (idk, his name) was just totally numb! on customers. He just walk around fast, talks fast no explanation, does not even look at you at the eye as if your not there, as a customer who has needs with the car your renting. I cannot recommend this person handing you the car and with the process, It was not just as par with how you handle a customer.
but we were able to went through with that renting process and usage of the car.

NEVER AQAIN. Its been years since I have rented with Enterprise and I figured I'd give it a shot. Things started smoothly but when I made a change to my reservation, Enterprise completely failed. Before changing my plane tickets I called Enterprise to find out how much it would be to add a day to my reservation and drop off my car at another airport. They quoted me a number. Using that information, I went ahead and called the airline to get the cost of changing my plane ticket which I ended up doing. When I called Enterprise back (maybe 30 minutes or at most an hour later) to change my car reservation, they wanted to charge me nearly double the previous quote. Needless to say I was not pleased. When I asked what changed, no answer was provided. Since I was stuck I ended up paying double what I was quoted. When I called back a few minutes later trying to get an explanation, I was told my case was "being escalated". Here's the kicker, I got a quicker (albeit canned) response from Enterprise to my poor review on Yelp then I did to my "escalated" issue. Nine hours after returning my car, 30+ hours after my first call, I got a canned email with my bill. I still have not gotten an explanation about what changed. For a company that supposedly prides itself of service, it was absolutely awful.
