I had a 12:00 PM reservation and was initially offered a car, then switched to another and told it would be ready in 10 minutes. That turned into nearly an hour. I was later told the car had to be sent to another location for cleaning, which suggests it was never actually ready. By the time I got the car, it was over an hour past my reservation and disrupted my plans. I was also given a fully digital push-button car without any advance notice. When I asked for a more traditional vehicle, I was told no, which was frustrating since I wasn’t comfortable with it. I appreciate the pickup service, but overall the delay, lack of communication, and limited options made this a poor experience.

Literally saved my friends and I from an almost $2k rental at the airport to go on a road trip to CO with an AWD. We almost cancelled the trip as we initially reserved with another car rental online but the car was not available for CO. Blake rented us the VW Atlas at the last minute, confirmed it can go to CO, and it served us nicely! The convenient after hours drop off saved us so much time as well. This will be my go-to rental car from now on. Absolutely phenomenal service!
