  Paid in full at Enterprise and still experienced hostility from the manager, who treated my husband with clear disrespect because he speaks limited English. The interaction felt discriminatory, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. The manager a male came out and started being very rude lost his composure raised his voice and told us to get out if we’re going to speak Spanish bc no one there does and he will get a translator bc it’s not his job to do so. We did everything right—and instead of being treated fairly, we were made to feel unwelcome and then permanently banned without any explanation. Extremely disappointing experience. I will be escalating this. Now I am permanently banned “with payment or without” all because I wanted a translator I paid every Tuesday from automatic payment to enterprise as well no reason to thin me I wouldn’t pay. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL

  The process was seamless, but I kind of expect that from a company with this reputation. The MOST important thing of all though is the person-to-person interactions. Every single employee I interacted with was top-notch. Real, genuine and just all around great.

  I’m very satisfied with my rental that I got. The vehicle was brand new and awesome! Very easy and priced great! Thank you, I will definitely use Enterprise again!
