  They say that good service is hard to come by. I say you have never been to Enterprise Rent-A-Car on East Sunset Rd in Las Vegas. First off, when I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello from an employee who was with another customer. Then as I approached the counter I was greeted with a smile, a friendly "Hello, how are you and can I help you" by another very friendly employee. This was a great way to start my trip to Las Vegas! As they were checking me in, there was a little discrepancy with the price I was quoted. They took care of that no problem! They then gave me the choice of 2 different vehicles and about 2 minutes later the car was parked out front for inspection and for me to drive away. Even the employee that retrieved the car greeted me very warmly. The car was great, clean, and I had no problems during my week long rental. When I returned the car, Enterprise even gave me and my friends a ride back to our hotel instead of us trying to get a cab or Uber. Again, that is what I call service! I have been going to Las Vegas every year for about 20 years straight. In the past, I have always rented a car from the airport rental. Don't get me wrong, the service has been great there as well. However, the service at the East Sunset Rd. Enterprise was over and above any rental car place that I have rented from. Kudos to the staff for a great experience! There is no doubt you will see me again next year! Thanks!!!!

  Management doesn't listen. Gave me a car with tie downs on wheels holding wheels together and doors not closing. Said I had to pay for upgrade to get better car. Told them I wanted same car, just not unsafe car. Called Enterprise and went to website said they will call back in 48 hours. Been 3 weeks.

  The young lady (I didn't catch her name) at the pick up location on S. Eastern Avenue in Henderson, was super nice & helpful. We didn't have a reservation but the transaction was very smooth with no problems. The young lady, Sierra, at the Paris Hotel drop off location was also excellent. There was an issue with the navigation in the car and she not only apologized but asked how she could make it right. We started at another rental company, that was closer to our hotel, and both of their representatives were horribly rude and nasty. Two thumbs WAY up to the Enterprise employees, they have earned a customer for life!

  They look like a family team over there the best enterprise rental and the in town great great service they always being there for us. I recommend the fight start for them and Ania. They know me I actually I book in every weekend with them the price.

  We rented a van for a week and the cost quoted cam up to $480. On the last day we requested to change the return location and add 1 day. And add a driver.Agreed to the additional $240 charge! Uggh instead of a new $720 total I was give a bill for $950 double ughhh. Called customer service customer service talked to a woman who was very gracious and understanding. Said it appears I was overcharged close to $300 and I will be getting a confirmation email of this! Everyone at enterprise that I had dealt with from the reception counter to phone reps were very polite, helpful and professional! I just have’nt received any confirmation or refund yet! That will be the deciding factor whether I use enterprise again!
