Husband open the hood and the entire radiator was smoking and fluids in the ground and empty. We had to call customer service which goes through channels and channels of trying to ge thr store.. Will never go here again. Read the rest of the reviews they are chronic for not securing caps back on anything they remove. Jason and Donald were kind enough to come and refill our radiator but it could have caused massive damage if they already didnt cause damage . When they came out they were saying head gasket after they diagnosed everything while at the shop they now say its the radiator gasket.. why wouldn't you have said that as well?!?! like nothing was wrong with the truck until they touched it.. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Donald thank you for going out of your way to help us but we wont be back... they didn't even offer anything for the inconvenience.
