Unfortunately the other location didn’t have the air filter I needed so I came to this location in hopes of getting the filter. There was a line but when I was able to communicate that all I needed was a filter, the technician Cruz, helped me expeditiously and had me back on the road in no time. I truly appreciate Cruz for handling my situation in the manner that he did and not make me wait in yet another line.
