After that, they kept me waiting for over an hour, only to finally tell me they don’t have the right tools to change the oil filter. I went to another Valvoline branch right after, located at pecos Rd & Wigwam pkwy and they completed the oil change quickly and without any issues. This was the worst Valvoline experience I’ve ever had—poor communication, wasted time, and lack of basic equipment. I would not recommend this location at all.
