  Good, fast, and thorough. Offered additional services but didn’t feel pressured to accept. Very nice staff. Opted to pay for some extra things that I felt were necessary. Good experience overall

  They are good and professional. However, everything I've got my oil change, someone in their service guy would deflated my one tires all the time. This happened to me for third time. Someone's playing a game. Its fun to that person. Bit! Its not funny. I had to take my car, towed away , twice to find out that someone put a pebble. Nothings wrong. Just deflated three times. Had to get my air. Not going there again

  The guys were very helpful - fast and friendly! Jay explained current issues needing to be addressed, I definitely wasn’t aware. Warp (has a cool name lol) was efficient and thorough.

  Customer service was fantastic! There was no wait so I got right in. Employees were friendly, professional, and respectful. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase additional services. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I downloaded a coupon from their website. Overall great experience at this location (Sahara/Buffalo).

  Damarcus was professional, courteous and energetic and explained all recommended services without doing any hard upselling. My 2nd time visiting a Valvoline service center, but 1st time at this location. I needed both an oil change and smog check. Both services were done quickly and efficiently with no surprises. While there they also topped of my coolant and inflated my tires to the correct pressure. It helped that I was the 1st customer of the morning, but all services were done in 20 minutes. Nice work! HIghly recommended.
