I have paid already and have been told they cannot discount or refund because the transaction has been processed. I was given a generic flyer to a future service (as if I will return here). There is a great deal of noise under the car as they are working diligently (on what, I do not know). They are now closing the engine with the socket still inside. Very concerned about my engine and damage that could be caused by a floating tool. A manager did come speak to me and very polite. That being said, the situation and outcome (and price) remained the same. Avoid at all costs
