  The Manager and associates are real professional and made my day. The Manager didn't hesitate to cover my battery which was within quantity. I have been using Valvoline for my car needs for years and never disappointed.

  Had to return. I had a good initial service; a suction machine removed the engine oil. I didn't get the light check that I like. After driving 2 miles home, I checked my oil level on my dipstick, and it was over an inch past the maximum hash marks. I came back and had to wait in line because the manager is busy to listen to what I came back for and he asked to get in line so I got back in my car got back in line, about 20 minutes I drove into the service stall and the manager ignored didn't come over. I told the tech I just got my oil changed here and asked the serviceman to check my oil level. I knew it was too high and wanted to remove oil to bring it to level just at or just at or above the hash marks. The serviceman checked the oil; the dipstick confirmed it was well above normal leva. He said something like, " If you don't like our services, you don't have to have your car serviced here. I said, well, I would make that statement in my Yelp report. But I didn't. He drained my oil from the oil pan drain plug this time and, set the oil level to the proper amount indicated on my oil dipstick, told him that I felt better now the oils level is right, and wouldn't report my experience on Yelp, and I left. Not sure if I or my fiancé will be back at that location.

  When I looked at the invoice for my recent visit, I saw that I was helped by Iurii, Zachary A., Christian M., and Alex (whose name I noticed on one of the name tags). I also believe the Assistant Manager was Jonathan. Wow. I was introduced to Valvoline Instant Oil Change by a friend, and I will not go anywhere else. The convenience alone is worth it, and when you add the great service, it’s a win-win. Every time I go, the service is exceptional. They speak to me like a human being and are always so kind. I don’t know how they do it, but I go in for a simple oil change and leave feeling like a VIP every time. I will continue to return and recommend you to everyone. Thank you all for the amazing work, and please keep up the great service!
