When I pulled out a coupon he continued with an eye roll. The other guy who saw me out was Carlos and he was very polite and nice! He was great! I just don’t think I’ll be back to this location
- SHSin HwangDec 8, 20255.0First off, there was no wait when I arrived Monday afternoon. I was greeted by Jesus into bay one promptly. Jesus then asked what services I needed and was just so kind! He explained every single step of the process (I needed a routine oil change). He was able to pull up my information from last time and verified if I needed the same thing. From asking me to put my headlights on, to simply asking if he could reach inside my car prior to scanning the VIN, I was treated with respect and kindness. Upon checking my filters, there was no overly forceful feeling of having it changed because it was in the state of in between. Both Sean and Jesus were efficient this visit. I will be back to visit this location next March when I am due for another oil change!
