- SJSamantha Jernigan2 days ago1.0My boyfriend who also is a mechanic has been bringing his cars to Valvolines for years but in Arizona. He recently just moved here and he had his oil change done a few months ago. Well it was due to be done again, and the people who did his oil change messed up his shield cover under the vehicle. The bolts were jacked, screws missing (one was cross threaded and the other was snapped off) He only had it a few weeks before the oil change. It cost over $100 for the shield. He and myself will not return to this location as the techs are very under trained and do not know what they are doing.
