But honestly, if You're changing oil every 5k, it's Your wife's cheap car for driving a to b, it's not bmw, benz, audi or other car that need high quality maintenance and You don't wanna do it by Yourself-100$ for full synthetic oil change is fair price. The guy who did service was excellent, all in 15min. Again..if Your car is not Your 'baby' and You just need oil change You'll be fine as well as Your car. Just make sure they put recommended oil, otherwise propably they'll put 5w30. Thank You!

- MSMelissa StanleyDec 4, 20251.0sorry long but worth the read: DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR When I first pulled in everyone was very friendly. I sat in my car the whole time. It was all very convenient. They let me know my car was due for a transmission flush but I had already gotten that done elsewhere. I paid and went on my way. After driving for about 10 min I looked at my tire pressure and they were still low. Also they never reset my oil change countdown on my dash so my car was still notifying me that it was due for an oil change. So they checked on the invoice that those 2 things were done yet they were NOT. Lie #1! I called and was able to swing back by so they could fill up me tires and reset the countdown. Now fast forward a little over 2 weeks. My car is leaking oil. (Never has my car leaked anything-i've always taken it to the dealership) I take it back to this same location thinking maybe they could fix something they did wrong. They looked and said they didnt see any active leaking but the assistant manager said they would do a complete oil change free of charge. (Why would you offer a free service-worth over $100 if you weren't trying to cover something up). Also they took my invoice copy which I thought was weird...wouldnt it be in your system? When my invoice was brought back to me the gentlemen pointed to the notes/comment box and said oh it says here that a leak was noted on your initial oil change. Lie#2 so all of the sudden there was a leak noted that no one discussed with me during my first oil change? So then I take it next day to a licensed mechanic-there is a Crack in my oil filter housing which happens when a person over tightening the oil filter. $400 later. I opened a claim with the customer service but this location will not assume responsibility. I would think as a business you would want to know if a person is not doing their job correctly and breaking people's vehicles. I will never go back and I am trying to warn as many people as possible. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!
